1. Scope of the Platform

DecisionQuality.ai is the independent digital home for the **Decision Quality AI** discipline and its flagship book Decision Quality AI: From AI Ambition to Operational Success, authored by Dr. Eva-Marie Muller-Stuler. By accessing the site, utilizing diagnostic tools, or downloading operational artefacts, you agree to these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

• The Discipline & Methodology: The Six-Gate Framework, conjunctive scoring logic, Decision Quality Review questions, and book contents are the proprietary intellectual property of Dr. Eva-Marie Muller-Stuler and Decision Quality AI.
• Operational Artefacts: Professional members receive a non-exclusive, internal license to adapt version-controlled templates (AI Release Case, Decision Receipt Schema, Monitoring Contract, AI-REP) within their own organization. Resale, sublicensing, or public redistribution of paid toolkit templates is strictly prohibited.

3. Nature of Diagnostic Outputs (No Fiduciary Warranty)

The Decision Quality Review is a diagnostic evidence-support aid designed to surface gaps against the six dimensions. Public and self-reported review outputs do not constitute formal audit certification, regulatory approval, legal advice, or fiduciary warranty. Real-world authority delegation remains the sole responsibility of the deployer institution and its appointed risk committees.

4. Enterprise Advisory & Delivery Separation

Enterprise workshops, bespoke risk facilitation, and institutional transformations are executed separately through Hummingbird Group under dedicated commercial statements of work. Public platform membership does not include bespoke consulting hours unless explicitly contracted.
