Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 2026 • Version 2.0
1. Core Commitment
DecisionQuality.ai is founded on the principle that evidence and integrity govern artificial intelligence. We apply that same standard to data privacy: we do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal information or enterprise diagnostic telemetry to third parties.
2. Information We Collect
- Communications & Subscriptions: When you subscribe to The Decision Quality Brief or submit an enterprise inquiry, we collect your name, professional email address, organization name, and message context.
- Diagnostic Review Telemetry: In the public Beta Decision Quality Review, evaluation inputs are processed locally in your browser session. No proprietary organizational model data or system names are permanently retained unless you explicitly save them to an authenticated member account.
- Account & Membership Data: For registered members, we collect authentication identifiers and maintain subscription status records via our secure payment processor (Stripe). We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
3. How We Use Information
We process personal data solely to:
- Deliver requested publications, updates, and research briefs.
- Facilitate confidential enterprise scoping discussions.
- Maintain active member entitlements for operational toolkits and Case Clinics.
- Ensure platform security, prevent abuse, and uphold non-compensatory review integrity.
4. Data Subject Rights (GDPR & Global Standards)
Regardless of jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your personal data at any time. You may unsubscribe from any email communication via the one-click link included in every edition.
